My name is Lu Yan, and e-commerce live streaming is a new and challenging field for anyone in the cosmetics industry. Starting from a three-person team, our E-8 department has grown into a big family of over 80 members, consisting of anchors, assistant anchors, operations, promotions, marketing planners, and product customer service.
We have been groping forward in the dark along this journey. But I firmly believe that a group of down-to-earth people can always step by step to create a bright path. With the spirit of hard work, determination to win, and never giving up, we become our own lighthouse and turn ourselves into a beam of light.
