My name is Tao Kan, and after completing my dual master's degree at Carnegie Mellon University in the United States, I returned to China and worked in formula research and development at the Unilever China R&D Center. In 2015, Chicmax began to heavily invest in scientific research and valued scientific research talents, so I joined Chicmax.
Currently, I am responsible for external innovation and raw material management at Chicmax. When I first joined Chicmax, Vice President Li Wei was both a mentor and a friend. He personally helped me overcome difficulties and improve myself during my career development phase. Chicmax has an excellent training mechanism for employees. The Human Resources Department frequently provides training, such as mid-level management training camps, which not only enables me to get to know and collaborate with outstanding colleagues from other departments but also improves my business level, leaving a deep impression on me.
At Chicmax, I feel like a sponge every second, absorbing various knowledge and growing while accumulating experience through practical combat, returning to practical combat, improving efficiency, and quickly solving pain points. Gradually, I have become more and more aware of being the master of my own destiny and forming a community of shared destiny with the company. In fact, I have encountered many difficulties and bottlenecks in my work, but by thinking and analyzing problems from a manager's perspective, I deeply understand that if we do not run towards the rainbow in the distance with all our might, we will be caught up by the cliff behind us.
