Chicmax enterprise Open Day successfully held

On October 26th, Chicmax enterprise Open Day was successfully held at the headquarters. 20 masters and doctoral students from the University of Hong Kong, Fudan University, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, East China University of Science and Technology and other top universities participated in the day.


The students clocked in all floors of Chicmax headquarters, including the scientific research center and the broadcast room, listened to the introduction of the company, participated in the "product co-creation" and other aspects, the overall atmosphere was very warm.


In the following scientific research workshop, the students served as product co-creators, and communicated with the product developers of Chicmax face to face around the product innovation and brand upgrading of One Leaf. The students highlighted that One Leaf has always given people the brand impression of "fresh", "young" and "natural", and is the "ceiling" of facial mask category expansion and innovative marketing. Through the new product trial and instrument testing, students made comments one after another, providing new ideas for product research and development. Chicmax has always adhered to the product development concept of DTC, grasped the needs of Generation Z, and provided what young people like.



For a long time, Chicmax Group takes "scientific research" and "talent" as the top strategy of enterprise development. At present, it has established Sino-Japanese double scientific research center and double supply chain, has set up more than 200 product research and development teams, invests 100 million scale of capital every year, has obtained nearly 200 patents, and actively develops independent patents, independent technology and independent new raw materials; working with young Gen Z talent to promote the innovation of domestic products technology.



Through enterprise Open Day, the students had an in-depth understanding of the business model, development philosophy and corporate culture of Chicmax as the representative of domestic brands and products. In the future, Chicmax will continue to carry out a variety of university-enterprise interaction, such as management trainee recruitment, open internship base, co-creation, marketing cases into campus textbooks, etc., to provide students with a platform for integrating production, learning and research, and the practice of discipline theory, but also to inject inexhaustible talent power for the multi-brand and large-scale development of Chicmax, so that "the light of domestic products" will continue to shine.
